You speak the truth, especially the bolded part. I think that is why these protegees/muses keep getting younger and younger. A woman in a certain stage in life that has true intentions of being in a lasting relationship wouldn't put up with his infamous dating patterns.

I kind of think this too. All the lovely, beautiful women Prince has near him during his concerts add to the visuals while Prince performs. He's always had an eye for great beauty. I think of it as part of his artistic expression, as if he see art in people's looks, moves and presentation and uses those aspects to enchance his shows.

^^ Well, Paul Simon married a woman half his age when he was 51, they started dating when she was 22 y.o., after a string of failed relationships, it was his 3rd marriage. They've been married 20 years and have 3 children together. Positivity! It could happen.

Anyone seen her blog heelstohoops.com? While they were down under she blogged and tweeted quite a bit about things like "the jet", being onstage, going out with bandmates. She even called him live from a radio interview to wake him up. I have my suspicions that this call was staged... but (unless she got in big trubbs for all of it) it still shows that PERHAPS he's becoming more comfortable with the idea of being in the public eye and even on the internet.

Otherwise, I'm not interested in who's keeping his bed warm.
