Okay someone enlighten me, who was she?

The only thing I know about her is that she had a relationship with P of course, lived with him, the song "Pink Cashmere" was written about her and she may have had an album that never saw the light of day.

Vicki Waiting was also written about her, originally titled 'Anna Waiting'. It's fair to assume a few other Rave/Batman era tracks were also written with her in mind.

She also co-wrote Fantasia Erotica (according to her, not saying she's lying but who knows how much "co-" there was).

I've always read that she moved in with Prince at 17 (but didn't sleep with him until day she turned 18) but what I want to know is, if this is true, what the hell kind of parents did she have to let her move in with a grown ass man, he must of been late or middle 30's at that point, and also, did she quit school to move to Chanhassen? Because I know she wasn't enrolled at Chanhassen high! WTF?

I always wondered that about Mayte's parents as well. She met him at 16 too right? Then started working for him at 17 or something?

Why does Prince continually go after chicks that are barely legal?

Makes me wonder about his "space saver" comment during "Raspberry Beret" on the "Veni Vidi Vici" boot.

Come on, Europe isn't some continent of free love! She was obviously already trying to be in the entertainment industry, I'm sure all concerned saw it as a profitable venture.

She was the woman in the Party Man video sitting on the steps

(when Sheila E said she & Prince were supposedly engaged, Prince was totting her around)

Didn't Prince lead all those women on that he was engaged to but nothing really ever came of it? It's a wonder he even married the two times that he did.

I don't find her stunning at all. She's kinda very weird in my opinion. Why is everybody from Prince's past always supposed to be so stunning?

She's got an album out called "13, the jazz song book". It was released last year. I don't think it's very easy to track down. I bought my copy on line. The album is enjoyable, but not earth shattering.

Earlier on, in 2010 she released a single with Shauna Sand (me neither) called "Everybody wants to be a pornstar". (Check video sites for the song.)

As you can imagine, that particular song didn't make the cut on her jazz album

I have no idea whatsoever what she did in between being with P and her 2010-2011 output, though.

yeah it's mostly Prince's fault. He picks pretty girls. Cat wasn't that stunning to me either face-wise, but she had the best body out of all the girls! Yes, even Mayte! . Vanity, Appolonia, Anna, Mayte, Nona, Sheila E, Manuela, Susan are all the definition of gorgeous. Geez all of them are super pretty

Actually, a few years ago I saw a video she was in (some jazz song of hers) and I agree with you, not that pretty, but as a young woman, I think anyway, that she was stunning.
