So I'm up in the middle of the night watching VH1 Classic and they play the Eddie Money video "Shakin'".

I must have seen this video countless times back in the 80s when I was glued to the television watching MTV all the time, but tonight was the first time I ever realized that the girl in the video driving the car was Apollonia. This video came out in 1982 so it was before she was got the part in Purple Rain.

Her being in this video is probably old news to the more informed (and observant) people around here, but I figured there had to be a few more folks out there like me who didn't already know..

On a related note, I also saw the "Mia Boca" video tonight too and I haven't seen that in 14 years.

I sure love my VH1 Classic.

Yeah,I remember seeing that Eddie Money video back in 1982,but only recently I learned that it is Apollonia in it.On a related note,have you ever seen the Bryan Adams video "Cuts Like A Knife"(1983)? THAT girl in his video looks like either Vanity or Apollonia,dontcha think?
