I've toured the world twice...played music I love all my adult life...won the prestigious Grammy Award...met most of my musical influences...even shot basketball with Prince...
But I can't remember a time when I was more excited for a show than I am for this Revolution show.

I remember like it was yesterday... Angelo Earl, Selton Cole, Steve Joyner, and I going to the theater to see Purple Rain for the first time...
having Brownmark Nation show up at our show, and giving us all tickets to the Purple Rain tour...meeting the whole band...coming to Minneapolis to record with Mark for the first time...
I was a kid, living his dream. I still am.

I will be on stage performing with my favorite Prince band...

Yeah, I know... I've met Wendy and Lisa Kanclerz Coleman...I've been friends with Mark, Bobby 'Z' Rivkin, and Matt Fink for years, and I've been on stage with Dez Dickerson, and Eric Leeds, and consider them both friends...

But to actually perform with the band that influenced my entire career, on the same stage where history was made?

Priceless.

Thanks guys... I will never forget what you ALL have meant to me.

NO!!! This was a letter I posted on my FB fanpage, and all of the names in it tagged to them so they could read it as well... Yeah, I won a Grammy in 2001 with the songs I wrote, co-wrote, and performed on with Jimmie Vaughan for his album "Do You Get The Blues?"

Yeah, that's him on Mazarati 2.

I didn't believe him until I heard his voice at the reunion concert.

I don't know if he remembers it, but I made sure to apologize and show my respects later on when I saw him in the crowd.

Hi GSharp! I googled you and I got to say I think your music is really cool!! Hope you had a fun time during the process of building up your career!

You mentioned in your post that you shot basketball with Prince - are you good friends with him? ie can you just pick up the phone & call him to see what's doing type thing?
