I actually remember seeing her in an article last year for the Danish paper Politiken, when Prince played at Forum. It was something about her waiting outside for 8 hours before the show started so she could get good seats. And I remember seeing her at the NPG Festival. And I have no idea why I remember this but I just do. Shes hmm a yeah special is the right word.

You do realize that Andy had a career on her own, and was asked to join the NPG, right?

A lot of things that people call "fact" were tall tales spun by "extreme fans" that work themselves into "Prince lore".

Andy had a very modest aspiring career before Prince. Prince obviously believes she can rise to stardom by being on his stage. Possibly so, but she WILL need to learn how to sing without going flat or sounding scratchy (Look of Love, for example). She has the potential, but do Prince and the NPG really want to wait YEARS for her to develop into a good performer? And she really needs time and practice on the guitar. IMHO, she is not Prince/NPG stageworthy yet.

Prince needs good stage performers. He might remember his early years when great performers graced his stage. He once had male backup singers/dancers who were really great.

chocolate1: I never said that they are engaged or getting married either. I don't think they are, but doesn't matter really. I said she intentionally posted those pictures to start all these rumors. It's not the fans that came up with this. Too much coincidences. she posted pictures standing behind a wedding dress with the title I have an idea, then she posted another one then a picture with that ring on, then couple of days later the comment: No more questions? What do you think she was trying to achieve? She(they) got exactly what they wanted and now read our comments whie eating popcorn on their couch.

Maybe the special thing about her is that she is the one on the backburner, Prince had like 7 shows in Denmark in a short amount of time, plus he recently added a Danish bandmember... The Danes could be fortunate with alot of Purple Funk Rain in the future if that's the case.. Didn't he already promise another NPGFestival there?
