Jesse Johnson quitting the Original 7?!

From Jesse's Facebook page this morning:

don't really think I'll be performing with the Original any more! We simple don't see eye to eye on anything. Love the guys, but I feel in my heart it's "Time" to walk away while we're all still friends. Peace be with you all and them all. PeaceLove Jesse Johnson

So...now they'll be the Original 6ven?

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

The Original 6ix. My iPod Shuffle voice feature is already confused by that '7ven' mess. lol

When eye go 2 a Prince concert or related event it's all heart up in the house but when eye log onto this site and the miasma of bitchiness is completely overwhelming!

Jesse blows anyway. The only loss here is the ability to claim it's the original line-up. That boy is the most generic guitar soloist I've ever heard. He doesn't bother me in the Time, (or whatever) as they only let him do a couple of solos so things don't get too repetitive.

It's amazing that if somebody had said what you just did during the week Condensate came out they'd have been ripped a new asshole on here. Fast forward to today and the 'unforgivable trespasses' of Jesse Johnson and nobody is bothered by it! You've got to love the ORG. Humanity's finest traits all in one website!

um. How crazy ARe you? You may not LIKE Jesse's playing but he is not remotely generic. I always love to hear what people think the opposite of things like this are....like who do YOU think is not generic if Jesse is?

Not really, I'm just noting that nobody is defending the O7 with the same vigor they did back in October.
