To me, the title is evocative of those old songs where the title alone tells a story and conjures an image in the mind. I have no idea why Sheila wanted to thank a mad clown for his speed, but I like the picture it puts in my head. I also like how the song ends with "thank you" said in several languages.

Hellifiknow. But, I never tried to figure out the meaning behind any of the Butthole Surfers album titles either. Like you said though, great song.

The song is nice...I like it. Gave a little vibe of what Sheila actually likes to do musically at that time..and still to this day.

Probably one of those little funky funny quotes I guess Prince said Sheila used to say all the time like "2 Nigs United For West Compton" and "3 Nigs Watching a Kung Fu Movie"
