As much as I like the fDeluxe cd, and have respect for St. Paul, Susannah, Eric and Jellybean for starting and completing this project... I was wondering: why didn't they say thank you to Sheila E in their cd liner notes? It was Sheila who brought them back together on the 2003 Family Jamm!

Anyone else share this thought?

Probably wanted to get some rumours started on the org

I think they all stayed in touch with each other regardless of the Family Jamm concert, so Sheila didn't really get them back together. She just got them to perform one night at a concert. I doubt that concert eight years ago had anything to do with whether or not they got back together and made an album.

Mmmmmh, I don't agree, please read this qoute from a recent interview with fDeluxe in Blues and Soul magazine:

"The idea to get back together again only really started becoming a reality in 2003 when the group played at a one-off charity event in Los Angeles at the request of Sheila E. "
