Well i agree its one of the strongest albums this year, i dont know if its what i would want from Prince because if it was his it would sound dated and desperate from him, mainly because he records constantly where as the time have an album once every decade or so. That said im not crazy on this track like everyone else is, its a good song but their are alot stonger to me. Prince actually tried that on MPLS Sound and (imo) didn't manage to capture that feel at all. I don't think he is capable of making a record this thick becuase he has decided to buy his own hype that he created everything he did from thin air and in a vacuum. One reason this works is because it truly IS a band situation... | |

I kind of agree with this and this is coming from someone who enjoy his recent work. I'm trying to be a fiction writer myself and I've learned how feedback is so crucial. If he even had one person give him honest feedback I think Prince would come back with stronger material.
