Press for The Original 7ven?

Are they doing much press for the album? I've heard of several articles, etc. that were scheduled but I haven't seen much out there. Has anyone stumbled on to any articles, radio shows? The Tom Joyner show is one of the only radio shows I've heard that featured them promoting this album.

The expanded version of my book PRINCE and The Purple Rain Era Studio Sessions 1983-1984 was released in November 2018. (www.amazon.com/gp/product/1538114623/ref=dbs_a_def_rwt_bibl_vppi_i0) or www.facebook.com/groups/1...104195943/

They're the opening act for the Soul Train Music awards next month. They got an interview on Emancipation radio and various mentions in music mags.

Most importantly they're using new social media to their advantage: they all over Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and music blogs. Word of mouth spreads on the net like a virus..

They should have been promoting the album in the weeks before the record was released not the weeks after.

I hope so, but i think once their first and second single hits radio...and it will cool and they start touring, the press will pick it up more and more.

I hope they get on it. it is a great record and will be lost if they aren't out promoting it better.

I don't think they're taken very seriously outside the world of Prince fans. So far I've only heared Trendin. They are excellent musicians but they are not developing themselves. Still pulling the same old trick. Who needs that?
But for their sake I hope I'm wrong!
