Sorry, but Prince's dance moves are freakin awful during those Kiss segments. lol.

If any guy who wasn't Prince pulled those moves out he'd be laughed at.

I'm sure Prince's odd wrist-flailing dance routines aren't created to please 21 year old heterosexuals. With that said, maybe you could see his dance moves better if you took off those shades.

Has anyone seen the clip of him doing "Cool"? He danced old school P style, and ended it with the energy of 1985.

Really? popcorn Have you ever watched some youth from Harlem, in NYC, a couple of years back, do the Harlem Shake or watched dance moves made popular by dancers "Ozone" (Adoflfo 'Shabba-doo' Quinones) and "Turbo" (Michael Chambers), back in the 80s in the movie like "Breakin' that had similar "wrist-flailing" (as you call it), and even further back with the 70s dance group, the "Lockers" and others? It's basically dance moves they vibe off from the music, that they made popular. There's a whole lot of "wrist-flailing" in those dance moves that has absolutely nothing to do with their sexuality or gender, that was also part of the dance moves Prince did, when he danced to "Kiss". It wasn't hard to miss.

All kidding aside, I've never claimed to be an expert on dancing. I've just not been enjoying his current moves compared to his dancing in the 80s.

Okay. no problem. So what did you enjoy about his dancing in the 80s compared to today? Was it the sexual moves? The splits? He was much younger in the 80s, and pretty much seemed to liken his dance moves to the lyrics of his songs. I don't expect to see anyone when they're much older, doing the same type dance moves, compared to when they were much younger, but to each their own I guess. I have to say, this reminds me of when I loved seeing another artist/performer, James Brown's (RIP) dance moves when he was younger, and how he slowed-down and performed differently as he became older, which when that changed, didn't take my appreciation for his music or fine dance moves he gave us over the years.

His dancing towards the end seemed to reference Michael Jackson's Billie Jean performances actually, with backlighting and the stripped down beat, then hitting poses, and wrist flicks.

You need to quit with the random gifs and stupid pictures. It's not funny when you do it. bored

Wow a DVD definately needs a release...this looks freakin amazing....its like watching him 20 years ago, still looks and dances as fresh as then.

It would knock the socks off Rave and Live at the Aladdin which were both pretty poor releases IMO compared to what we all know he can do.
