Remastered version of W & L's Fruit At The Bottom

In case you don't have it, you need to buy Cherry Pop's (UK) remastered version of Wendy & Lisa's Fruit At The Bottom. The sound quality is incredible and the track listing is excellent. There is a song by song account from Wendy & Lisa included in the liner notes. All W&L fans should buy this. You can get it from Amazon.com. http://www.amazon.com/Fru...amp;sr=8-5

Cool...absolutely love this album. £7.99 on Amazon UK.

How come no-one spotted this before...its been out since February according to Amazon....I can't see links to their other albums remastered but can't see why they wouldn't have been done too.

Another mystery is why they were able to do it via an independent when Virgin were their original record company.....?!?!?

They don't own the masters to their major label recordings (pre-Girl Bros album). They just agreed to help with the reissue of FATB. A while back on W&L's website their manager explained the expensive process to even attempt to buy back their masters and old music videos.

I am so impressed with the remastering and liner notes to this CD. Cherry Red Records did an outstanding job with this re-release.

I also like the different/extended intro to "Lolly Lolly". It's my favorite part of the song. Love the intro so much!
