Okay, so it's finally out. But what has been promoted as a full longplayer is just an

EP release with 6 songs ...

And there is only 1 standout track on here, NYLONS IN A RIP, the rest is pretty forgettable.

I wonder if this is just another introduction to a full album, yet to be released, or that's it?

Yes, I thought so, because she has collaborated with him so many times on so many levels ....

Ive read good reviews of it.. from what I understand she's planning to release several EP's. Then Im not sure what.

I read that too. Sounds similar to what Robyn did last year.

I guess sitting and guesting on gigs makes people associated artists of Prince now. Next up folks will be posting Ledisi and Esperanza spalding threads here.

Okay, but apart from sitting and guesting on gigs together, exchanging talents for eachothers albums etc. it appeares that they wrote (at least) one song together, SILVER TONGUE, which P used later for himself ... Gruesse nach Hamburg.

I'm loving the new EP very much. Good stuff from Nikka!!!!!
