Wow, very interesting! Please elaborate! (i.e. not asking for gossip but just your memories/impressions of Prince in school from your point of view). I think it is great to actually hear from people on this board who knew or had actual contact with P rather than all the negative speculation (as funny as that can be at times!)

Funny...your post actually reminded me of when I went back to my hometown a few years ago for my Mom's funeral (Bless her soul!) to discover that Brad Pitt had not only gone to a highschool there but that my sister knew one of his cousins.... She said he looked a lot like Brad--but who would have known that he would be the big star he is now! You never know. That was an moment! The things you find out when you don't connect or remain where you grew up!

i also know someone who went to school with prince. i also have a friend whose father went to school with elvis. that is more than enough ammo to make a pilot with a twist of the classic game show "what's my line?". now if only i knew someone who went to school with the guy who sold drugs to bobby brown....
