I hope so. If she never will be performing with him anymore, I''ll be very sad. i love Sheila E and so far I haven't seen her live with P.

i hope its temporary. She is my favourite out of all of prince's drummers. Hopefully they will perform again in the future.

Yeah, I wonder why she didn't phrase it that she wasn't performing any more on his W2A tour. The way it sounds, she's stating she just won't be performing with Prince at all anymore, period.

I'm not going to try to second guess "why" she chose to phrase it as she did. I can only take what she said, exactly as she said it:

I will not be performing with prince anymore.

If that's not exactly what she meant. I'm confident she'll clarify it. Personally though, I think she was pretty clear.

That would be a great gig for Sheila.It would also be a reliable gig,where she would know the complete schedule ahead of time She's played with Ringo before,if I'm not mistaken.

She'll be at the Hollwood Bowl on August 14th with Dave Koz, Larry Graham, and some others so if Ringo will be in Europe at that time, I doubt if Sheila will be there playing drums.

I suppose if you see it that way. My interpretation is spiritual beings gravitate toward each other and they share a bond that most people look for their entire life. Whether a spiritual friend, brother, sister or mate has differences with the other, truth is, they will be forever connected.

I am not even addressing or interested in getting into the "tour announcement" situation via twitter. I just have a hard time believing that Prince is a "spiritual" person. No truly spiritual person would be knee deep in the BS that is Prince's life. From alienating his peers, old friends, lovers to not paying your damn bills and leaving individuals in financial hardship, Prince's whole "spiritual" accum is a hot load of marketing 101 bullsh*t, IMHO.

I totally respect your opinon. Personally, I don't believe anyone could (or for that matter has) writen the sublime spiritual concepts he has, without being in touch with true spirituality. Some things you can fake some things you cannot--touches on Sheila's post, doesn't it?

Just wanted to add (bolded part) my experience has been the higher one's spiritual self climbs the more and harder one is tested.
