What famous guys? when I googled her it only mentioned one guy that she's dated for years, I've never heard of him, couldn't even remember his name now, which surprises me, I would expect her to date the creme of the crop-

Oh right. Of course I knew of Tommy Lee- In my opinion, with him she was slumming- I didn't know about Wade Robinson but I do know who he is. Eh- she can definately do better. I love Mayte, I think she seems sweet, she's stunningly beautiful and seems to be grounded- I'm surprised she isn't married to some handsome real estate tycoon or something. She seems to be the type to end up with a successful handsome man.

Why such hate for Mayte? Who says she's brainless? And she surely has talent! I can understand people disliking that Mani but I don't understand dislike for Mayte- She's the only woman Prince seemed to be TRULY in love with and she always came across as sweet (except for when she was with that hoodrat Tommy Lee- she seemed like a different person entirely when she was with him from that documentary I saw) but when she was with Prince she seemed nice, was always polite and not obnoxious- I just don't understand why some people on here hate her-

I often wonder if she and Prince ever talk, or cross paths....

They were so much in love for a long time.. and together for a long time too.

It would be hard for ME to just "forget about" that part of my life..

I just looked at the website; www.idontlikeyouinthatway.com and when you click on the pictures at the top of the thread of Kim Kardashian it shows her and Mayte hanging out together- I didn't even know they were friends. Mayte looks great.

I think people only stick up for her because most of the time, people say she's a homewrecker with no reason other than they are probably jealous. Mayte actually is liked/loved WAY more than Mani because she was his wife and people knew more about their relationship. Mayte was in the public more and did interviews so her personality was shown more. Mani is reclusive and so people don't know what to think about her.They end up not liking her based of off rumours.

Dang, I never heard about the Rave DVD. That is simply cold blooded and tacky.

I'm not new here by the way. I've been here since 2004 and read about the old accounts of eye witnessed "speculation". I'm one that would point to Mani was a homewrecker. Because I felt bad for Mayte.

I can see Prince should be considered a "homewrecker" as well. Really bad, and sad for Mayte.

Can you imagine all of this playing out so publicly like that?

I have a freakin' heart of gold ( and have forgiven many many losers), but there is NO WAY I would be friends with the likes of Manuela after stabbing me in the back like she did to Mayte! Manuela must lick the bottom of Mayte's shoes everytime they meet up to beg for forgiveness.
