Can't believe it's been almost 3 years since I last posted something in this form. I was searching for information today on the Internet, that's when I came across a thread entitled have you ever met one of Prince's bodyguards. It was interesting to say the least, but full of inaccuracies. I will attempt to shed some light of truth on this particular thread.

Also, can someone tell me how to post pictures again it's been a while. I guess I should asked this question, have the rules changed regarding posting pictures? I was going through some of my old photo archives, and found several pictures that I would like to share.

No, not after they are automatically locked - but you can cut and paste from them, or link to them in response.

You can post pix from your own online photo account by placing the image url in between these brackets: [img][/img]

For posting pics, you can also click on that "tree" icon on the org's toolbar, wait for the box to appear, and enter the link on the "image url" line, and click insert and the pic will post.

I started that thread with my old org name "dollwoman" because I met a bodyguard of Prince's in of all places here in Worcester, Massachusetts. I thought that that was very weird. What are some of the inaccuracies?

Working on Mazarati's first album, yes that is Georgio. The lady on the left, her name is Bevla. She was Mark's hairdresser, she later became Prince's hairdresser ,and now works with Sheila E. The guys name is Kim, he was a producer for the Bar-Kays

Working on Mazarati's first album, yes that is Georgio. The lady on the left, her name is Bevla. She was Mark's hairdresser, she later became Prince's hairdresser ,and now works with Sheila E. The guys name is Kim, he was a producer for the Bar-Kays

The haircuts of Bevla and Kim actually reminded me of the Bar-Kays when seeing the picture the first time.

The Bar-Kays were rocking that colored hair around 1984/1985.

Mark and Georgio were actually really good friends at the time. After the Mazarati project they were going to start on Georgio's debut album.

Very interesting, I don't recall Prince be involved with Georgio. As a matter of fact, Mark was always reluctant to let Prince know anything about his projects. Mazarati was the only exception.
