Yes Prince had a slight modification. There's a difference between slimming one's nose and actually doing a full on rhinoplasty. Morris had the hump taken out of his nose which is unfortuante because he gave him character and a unique look. Prince had the sides slimmed...almost like lipo for the nose. To my knowledge Sheila has not had any work done on her face at all.

I remember seeing 'Graffiti Bridge' in a movie theatre.When Prince first appeared onscreen,the lady sitting in back of me blurted out "Look at that nose job!"

People are also completely ignorant about plastic surgery and that your nose (and ears) continues to grow as you get older. Princes nose does not appear to be any different. I can't say he had a nose job any more than you can. Frankly I don't care. But the lack of observational skills is unreal on this board. If you look at picture of Prince STRAIGHT on his nose appears wider and balled at the end. His nostrils seem to flare more from that angle too. If you see his usual pose of looking down it makes the nose look longer and thinner and the nostrils lose the flared look. Side has always been the same straight line. I saw him on his earliest tour and the only thing that look different to me is that he used to see some sun, his hair is thinning (surprise), he may have had under eye work (or sleep) and those hips are moving more than they were a year ago.

I actually have some background in this kind of stuff if that matters- maybe thats why i can't understand what people think they are seeing

Early Prince was thick, he had more meat on him and muscle

Some people say he had the work done somewhere after Dirty Mind

But by the time Prince was hitting out the albums he had thinned out and gotten leaner muscle, it affects your whole body even your face

nostrils are not cartilage! there is small amount of fatty tissue in the nose. I don't know the actual procedure for slimming the nose so I call it a form of lipo but yes - you can have your nose altered without breaking it and reshaping it. you need to look at pics of prince in his early twenties before he got famous, back when he still had an afro. his nose is different. his ears are unchanged - growth or no growth. Speaking of growth your nose stops growing around age 25. By your estimation...Prince should have a huge nose since he is 52 and only getting older.

you're saying his NOSTRILS look different?

as far as the nose - as the body ages, the nose does lengthen slightly and may look more prominent. And the ears lengthen slightly, probably caused by cartilage growth.

I'll look for some reference photos from the same angle with similar light and overlay them that's an easy way to see.

I believe it has more to do with the size of your face relative to your features (ears, nose, mouth) when your a teen, to the size of your face & features when your in your late 30's & 40's..

No way! Prince is so natural, he hasn't had any work done. His nose has changed slightly with his weight. That happens. Just compare pics of him throughout the years...it changes, but you can tell it only relative to his weight change. Alot of him changes based on that, that's common knowledge. Prince seems to like to be natural when it comes to plastic surgery. Notice he didn't change his teeth at all! I love that about him!

To me these noses look the same...throughout the years his weight has gone up/down, so I suspect that has something to do with the different looks it can have, but the shape and such is the same now as it was back in the day. Unless you think he had a bunch of surgeries to keep changing it back to this shape!
