The dansih musician and producer Nikolaj Steen had a big hit in Denmark with the single "Angel" back in 1991/92, and tried the US as well but with no luck. The single sold 300,000 copies international and went to #1 in 5 countries, according danish WikiPedia:

Nikolaj Steen was trying to have a hit in the US with this song and album, he toured in clubs and small venues in 1991/1992, and the "Angel" video was his try to have a breakthru in America.

The question is why Cat was in this "Angel" video back then:

I posted associated artist video's from youtube on my "brief history" threads.

I also posted an entire thread made up of associated artist videos.

Obviously the mods in this forum were sleeping that month.

This video has nothing to do with Prince and therefore there is ZERO legal issue here. Cat simply working with Prince at some point is not a reason to enforce this rule. It's not Prince's music, it's not Prince's likeness, etc.

I have to agree, but i will keep this short.

Out of four moderators for this forum alone, not one of them noticed that i had posted over 10 associated artist videos in my threads. Threads which were in the top ten threads of this forum for over two months.

I guess someone is not paying attention, or simply does not care and only applies the rules when it suits.

As Shango proved, it is her. I can also prove it as I own the album LOL.

She also co-writes the lyrics to another song off the album and provides backing vocals on said track aswell.

Interesting story in how they met LOL. I love a couple of the tracks off the album. Never liked "angel" much though LOL
