Jesse Johnson "Crazay" appreciation thread

This song is just a stone cold jam. Killer deep funk bassline on the bottom with classic MPLS-sound synth-horns on top. The vocals by Jesse and Sly are incredible too. This song gets my vote as the best MPLS-sound song not written by Prince. Edges out the also JJ written "Jungle Love" in that regard.

Also, you know it had to piss Prince off that Jesse got Sly Stone, arguably Prince's biggest musical hero, to work with him.
