I love these photos. This proves my point. P does different things with different sets of girls. I never seen P play the guitar with a woman in his left are like the photo above. The Twinz are nice petite and simple. Cat was too energetic. This was great, but too much for P to handle and tame down on stage. Mayte was extraordinarily hot and vivacios on stage with P. Too much to keep up with, especially with her swirling hips. The Twinz gives P the illusion of power and control while on stage.

I'll say this. The Twinz kind of had the best outfits. They looked very fashionable. Cat, great body that she has, was a little overexposed and Mayte's outfits looked costumish sometimes.

Cat in the 1980s was hardly overexposed, if she was then so was Prince and Sheila & Mico

the Lovesexy look was a bit less sexy and more cartoon like with all the letters and number and dots and stuff

I agree that The Twinz had very fashionable outfits. But when it comes to Cat and Mayte... it was just an other time...and the outfits looked good and fashionable at this time. Don't you think?

Meh. I dunno. I've never really been into the whole "cheeks out" look and the hot pants and cleavage - not for a dancer who isn't on the pole. That's why I like the twinz outfits the best. They looked more...glamorous. I really don't like Prince's assless pants either come to think about it.

One thing I noticed is that they are tiny and like Prince they have long necks. Maybe it is because they are built like female versions of him that they look good next to him. They are cute/plain alone but Prince bought them clothes and had them style their make-up in a way that always flattered them to the max. They also got to wear the nicest shoes of any Prince women that I know of. Even in what looks to be 5 inch heels, they still are his height. These two should really keep that look that Prince put together for them in his "3121" days, especially the pale lips and great eye make-up. All the pictures that I have seen of them taken more recently are more "natural" looking and truthfully, these Twinz benifit from maximum eyeliner and eyeshadow.

Deadflow3r, you articulated your point very well. The Twinz are simple and plain. They should keep the style that P gave to them. They are very tiny. P could not have played his guitar like that with Cat.

I liked the twinz with Prince, seemed like a fun period even when they went to the fashion shows with him. Since they've gone and was replaced with a new constant face (Bria) doesn't seem as fun.

It sounds like they were some sort of porno fantasy for you.

They were just a gimmick. No discernible talent, just stage props. You may be right about them being there to distract from mistakes Prince was making and whatnot. He's not been as polished in recent years, and his band during that time was not exactly mind blowing.

I can tell you, with 100% honesty, that I am not envious of the Twinz, nor am I gay (and yes, I am female). If you read my previous post about my feelings about Prince's other dancers, you would know that I am not jealous, just being completely honest. It makes me laugh when people automatically assume things about another person based on what they post, when they have absolutely nothing to back it up with. You, on the other hand, are obsessed with the Twinz, which is okay by me. I don't share your obsession, but I'm not going to judge you for liking them, as you are trying to do to me because I don't like them.

and let me add that this Jason person never leaves Associated artist forum, but post here constantly-something is wrong with that Anyway, I am in no way envious of the Twinz-they just brought nothing substantial to Prince's performances. So yes, I was so happy when he let them go.
