Sheila E Albums Just a quick question on the first three sheila e albums. Any difference between the sound quality of the vinyls and the cds like the 80's Prince stuff. I have them on vinyl and am not sure whether buying them on cd will be an upgrade. Still collecting that vinyl | |

Very much like all of Prince, The Time and any other WB/Paisley Park CD from the 1980s, they were digitized back then and never updated properly. They've only been re-pressed or re-released and not remastered.
I personally think the Sheila E CDs are decent sounding for being transfered from analog during the Reagan era. The discs aren't hard to find new. They were re-released on the Encore label a couple years back.
