ernestsewell	Wendy & Lisa' - Emmy Nomination THEY WON for Showtime's Nurse Jackie score!!!!!!! Renata (Lisa's wife) just twittered it. CONGRATULATIONS to the girls. It's long overdue!

Saw W &L thank you speech on E!'s Creative Arts Emmy special earlier today. Ummm...all 10 seconds of it. shrug

E! chopped and edited a lot of speeches to fit in all the categories and give more time to the actors' speeches. Got to see W & L run down the aisle, Wendy apologzing for not returning some phone calls because she was so busy this past year, and Lisa saying thanks.

Better than nothing. Glad to see them on TV. biggrin

biggrin biggrin biggrin Awesome! Congrats to two of the coolest ladies in the music biz today. I had the opportunity to meet them last year at one of their LA shows at the Largo and man were they cool to me. Wendy and I had a nice chat. She was awesome. Love me some W&L!

I watch that show (it's between seasons) and I rememebr thinking the theme song was funy and had vocals kind of like in the same mindset as Prince, but different... and then I saw the credit that it was Wendy and Lisa!

It's a great theme.

I don't like their music for Heroes though... nor the show.
