I just downloaded Jesse Johnson's new album 'Verbal Penetration Vol I' from iTunes. OMG why aren't fans of The Time and Prince screaming about this great cd?! I loved 'Bare My Naked Soul' , but Jesse has done it again! Y'all should give it a listen.....very very nice ear-candy!!!

I agree!! This cd is AWESOME!! It has a couple of fillers but 80 percent of it is INCREDIBLE!! Hands down the best album of the past year in my opinion

I have had this album for a about 10 months and now I can be more objective.... IT'S THE BEST ALBUM of the year.

Even the slow ones I was not into previously are great....

I agree with some that some of the spoken word tracks could have been left off the album. I think Jesse just had a tonne to say and put it out there. I loved the 'enlightenment for the earhole' track but it could have been left off.

Without those tracks, this is a KILLER album. The only track I think was completely unnecessasry is the 'in the key of nudity'...i'm not sure why he included this.
