i added her as a friend on facebook and a few minutes later she excepted i saw that she was online and i sent her a message and we talked about her being from nc like me and i told her how much i love her singing on 20ten and that i hope 2 c prince make his way 2 charlotte nc

Awww! That's lovely! I saw her on stage at Arras and Werchter and she comes across as sooo charismatic. And I got a wink from her at Werchter, sweet!

I'm friends with Sheila E. on FB so I know what you mean, to be in contact with someone who you've admired and respected all these years can mean so much.

I think Shelby is a class act and I love her new do. I can't wait to hear more from this lady.

A CD from her would be wonderful. I sent her a friend request and personal message on Face Book to her last night. She responded back quickly to my message with kind words and also mentioned that she does hope that Prince will follow through and bring the tour to the States soon. SO it's a possibility!

Thanks so much! I downloaded the album from Amazon last night and it is excellent. Wow, this is the album that should have been packaged with Lotusflow3r. I like Shelby as a backup, but I would love to see her perform the BG material live. I have not stopped listening to this album since I downloaded it last night. I can't wait for Vol. II.

She is an excellent facebook friend. She gets on there after a concert and tells how long it ran for and thanks the fans and the fans quickly respond to thank her. I don't know if she is always possitive but she is someone who strikes me as always trying to be possitve and I really respect that. I highly suggest her as a facebook friend.
