So pleased to see him doing stuff on his own now. GCS rocked the Koko. I still have a dodgy ear because of it.

I feel like he is just sitting in with the band there, but he may be performing also..we'll see.

The listings on my cable box say it will be Devo Tuesday night.

The listings on my cable box say it will be Devo Tuesday night.

Mine says the same thing. But I set my DirecTV DVR anyway.

I spoke to Larry Sunday and yes, they will be appearing on Letterman on Tuesday night.

Larry is live on my show at 6pm NYC Time so I will confirm the appearance.

Well, according to my advance programme listings that I get for the Late Show, Tuesdays(6/15/10) guests are Katie Couric and Devo!! No mention of Larry Graham at all anywhere!!!!!

Larry Graham is the new lead singer of Devo. When they do Whip It, Tina snaps a towel.

On the CBS/Letterman website it says, "Sitting in - Larry Graham." I guess that means he's sitting in with the band.

I just watched the video of Prince stepping on stage, playing & singing along, with the closing number, "Thank You". It was reDONKulous! Awesome stuff.

Update on Prince's whereabouts after the show:

I have a friend whom I have known since first grade. We've always been friends, and kept in touch through th eyears. We still talk at least weekly, sometimes more. He's a pilot who flies Learjets for a living. He often stops through Teterboro, NJ because of his job.

He texted me around 11 a.m. and said, "I just stood in a spot where Prince stood 30 minutes earlier."

Once I eventually got him on the phone, he said one girl at the Teterboro airport (an employee) told him Prince was just there, and was departing from NYC (Teterboro is the closest airport to Manhattan). She, nor he, did not know why Prince was there, but he said to me, "It was probably a a big party, and I'm pretty sure there was crack involved." I was hysterical. I knew he was joking, and his deadpan delivery was spot on.

I told him about Larry Graham being on the Late Show (he LOVES him some Letterman, since way back in the early 80's, but missed the one w/ Graham). I told him that GCS did a show at BB King's the next night and that Prince showed up for the last song, and that we had all been watching the video. He said, "Well that solves the mystery of the day then."

So yeah, there ya go. I told him if he was around tonight and was listening to my radio show, to call in and relay the story, just because. So who knows if he'll pop up in the last few minutes of tonight's show.
