Time Quote in Fresh Prince of Bel Air episode.

I was watching an old episode of "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" last week. The one where Bell Biv DiVoe was shooting a video in the Bank's home (unbeknown the the parents). Will kicked them all out and said the line, "You don't have to go home, but you gotta get the hell out of here" sans Jerk Out. Carlton repeated it. It got a laugh.

Question: Is this phrase coined/original by The Time, or was it something from somewhere else and The Time were borrowing it? Any ideas?

Prince did an interview with a woman at Record World. They talked about whatever, then he asked her: "Does your pubic hair go up to your navel?" At that moment, we thought maybe we shouldn't encourage him to do interviews.
