Hopefully The Original Time will put a live DVD out.

Furious. Thanks for the clip. What's up with the left-handed neck on a right-handed Strat body?

If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

Its called a reverse headstock. Fender puts them on their Squier Stagemaster and Showmaster series guitars but his is probably a custom job.

Thanks. I just learned something. I don't understand the point of it, though. I know why the right-handed Stevie Ray Vaughan strung his lefty Strat as a righty - so he could ape Hendrix' and his whammy bar placement, but I don't think I'd like to tune with that particular headstock.

The whole band should be doing this song. How cool would it be to have a mini-set of Morris' and Jesse's solo material with in the Time concert? I mean they still only have 4 albums of material that the audience will know.

See, I was actually about to agree with you on SOMETHING for ONCE until you dropped the fuzzy math along with the arrogant assumption that you will know what the crowd will know. rolleyes

Morris:
Color Of Success
Daydreaming
Guarenteed
Its About Time

Jesse:
Jesse Johnson's Revue
Shockadelica
Every Shade Of Love
Bare My Naked Soul
The Ultimate Collection
Verbal Penetration

That's more than four albums between them and you NEVER know what other people know and don't know.

But yeah, it would be cool if they had a little mini concert of their solo material.

It is just 4 looks and trying 2 be unique. The functionality is the same as regular headstock.

Well the Time does The Oak tree and Fishnet every single show they play. The Jesse bit is power trio style. Bean and Terry and maybe Jerome running around, but no keys or Morris

I think dude meant the Time only has 4 albums worth of material which
is still superior to artists out now that have 7 albums worth of
material.

Jesse:
Jesse Johnson's Revue
Shockadelica
Every Shade Of Love
Bare My Naked Soul
The Ultimate Collection
Verbal Penetration

I know you are very knowledgeable and all but I was referring to the Time albums - specifically The Time, What Time Is It, Ice Cream Castles, and Pandemonium - the 4 albums that the general audience would know. The entire band playing the Morris and Jesse solo material would be a great supplement to the known Time material. I am well aware of all of Morris, Jesse, and Time albums as I own them all as well as other live recordings of all three acts. And I dont even know what the hell "fuzzy" math is.

Jesse is a beast

I'm not a big fan of the mini-medley stuff tho.

Quality over quantity, I need to hear that bass and those keys on be your man.
You're so glam, every time I see you I wanna slam!

@ SPYZFAN1: What's up Dude! I don't frequent the Org these days good to see you still post here. IIRC I read about Jesse using the line6 stuff here bout a year or so ago. If you can spare a moment stop my his website. He has info up about his live & recording set up for V.P. there. Very cool clip. Props to the o.p. for the heads up! This one I hadn't seen.

Thanks for the head's up about the show. I just bounced here over from the Union County News web page. I'm assuming this is the touring version of the band that doesn't feature all the original members? I saw both sets when they played Tramps in NYC back in 96'. Manchild was the opening band. Very good show. It would be cool to see em' again but I don't think I'll be @ Saturday's after next show though. sad
