About time he mentions Prince. MJ seemed to be his only influence all the time. Even Chris Brown mentioned Prince as an influence. will ALWAYS think of like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that wasn't of this earth, would not have been that surprised. R.I.P.

Doesnt surprise me - all these young punks are biting Prince to some extent. And they really cant deny it as Prince is still viable and still schooling them on every album that he releases.

Why are people stressin' if subpar singers cite P as an influence? First off a lot of them don't play instruments or write their own tunes. So what can they relate to? If you notice the artists that either play instruments, write their own tunes or both have no problem citing P as an influence. It's those artists who play the puppet role and spend a great deal of their career trying to stay current who have a hard time relating to Prince. Usher listing "Adore' is at best a general compliment that the average person would list. Had he done "Power Fantastic" now that would've been different!

There's a line in "U Got It Bad" when he says "I really adore you". I always thought he was mimicking Prince ("I truly adore u"). Don't hate me 'cause I'm NOT beautiful

Wow, he was paying the man a compliment, there's no reason to be so angry. "I pride myself on working with great musicians, and I consider her to be as such. She's an amazing talent, the real deal." Prince on Beyoncé ♥
