Andre Cymone - The Dance Electric on CD?

I searched here, searched the rest of the web, but could not get an answer - has the Andre Cymone version of Dance Electric ever been released in CD format? It doesn't seem in the US, but is there maybe an obscure import? I'd love to have a clean digital copy of this track! I know it was "released" digitally in the NPGMC, but that was very low quality.

Ridiculous price to obtain a single track on CD, but there may be enough interesting stuff on this set to be worth it to you...

Thanks Jestyr. I didn't know about this compilation and it's inclusion of Dance Electric. thumbs up!
