I was listening to the album a few days ago and pondering why it never got a US release and this very part jumpe duty as one of the reasons. She doesnt have a flawless grip on english so french forced into this record made her sound even dumber than she is.

Yeah, there was something boring about Tamar, Brofie calls her dumb. I dunno what it is but something irks me about her and that french part is somehow pivotal in that aspect. She seems too american there, too out of touch with the rest of the world. I think she doesn't have a strong personality, she 's just a girl who can sing, but there's not one percent of an artist in her.
