I can agree with that...but some were scrambled and not necessarily rotten. I recently saw the photos that were done of Mayte and Prince for Spanish Vogue. They were beautiful. I really liked the "home". There came a time when the risk of remaining tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom. Anais Nin.

what was so bad about the Twinz? what was good about them? or even the point of them? I really thought (and was hoping) that the days of the pointless backup dancers (male or female) were over, but then here come these two playing air guitar on their legs.....

Do you think he should not have back-up dancers at all? Or is it just the Twinz as back-up dancers that bothers you? I have to admit I have only seen the pictures and maybe a youtube clip or 2, but I thought they looked cute with him and were perfectly in sync too. Considering the kind of show he does in the last decade (or more), which is based on raw musicianship rather than stage theatrics or props, I really don't see the point of back-up dancers on stage at all.

There was a thread last year about how many people that Prince had on stage that really had no use there. Maybe he likes the 3 ring circus effect given that he usually has a huge stage to fill up. Wish I could have seen them all live though. There came a time when the risk of remaining tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom. Anais Nin.
