The Time Songs As you all probably realize, the CDs for The Time just sound so AWFUL. They're such low quality, like a Cassette. Is there anywhere to get better, louder versions? Also, more importantly, is there anywhere to get the shorter version on "COOL" in near-CD quality, and "GRACE" as well? Thanks! | |

moderatorAgreed. The Time stuff need to be remastered as much as Prince's catalog does. As for Grace and the Cool edit, those will be vinyl only, or vinyl ripped digital files as the were never officially released on CD. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot. | |

They probably will NEVER b re-mastered or re-released in THIS lifetime!!!! Aren't their CDs except "Pandemonium" caught up in the "P vs. WB" saga as well????

True. And Pandemonium was re-released on Encore without a remaster, but at least the sound is decent enough. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot. | |

True. And Pandemonium was re-released on Encore without a remaster, but at least the sound is decent enough. The Time had their first 3 CDs re-released about 2 years ago. Same for Sheila E.'s first 3 CDs. [Edited 2/21/10 18:33pm] When  go 2 a Prince concert or related event it's all  up in the house but when log onto this site and the miasma of bitchiness is completely overwhelming! | |

They should release a best of re-mastered CD including all their hits. My favourites are Cool and Ice Cream Castles. | |
