I asked ?uestlove about it and he said that Nick's producer was from MPLS and that was how it all happened.
But I can't help feeling that Prince's ex manager Bob Cavallo has something to do with all of this. He is after all the head of Hollywood Records - the record label that puts out all the Disney crap like the Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus etc. |

I will probably listen 2 the album just 2 hear them play. They've been working. It's not like they just sat around twiddling their thumbs since they stopped playing regularly with Prince. Michael plays with Soul Asylum, Tommy plays with Jonny Lang.....if you want to hear their stuff you'd be better off listening to those artists than Nick Freakin' Jonas, where these guys are just hired hands. |
