Madhouse Movie I got a chance to watch the Madhouse Movie, I think it's called "Hard Knocks" or something like that.
It made absolutely no sesne to me. Just wondering if anyone else has seen it, and made any sense out of it? | |

It doesn't make any sense to me either. Seems Prince was bored, got a new Betacam for Christmas and had some time to kill. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot. | |

It made sense to me, because it made no sense... thats why it's Madhouse
Though if done better, it could have been a cool offshoot mini movie for SOTT the movie There was some kind of story happening in SOTT between Cat Brooks Prince and you see a bit of it in Hard Knock | |

[Edited 1/13/10 10:37am] A friend of mine sent it to me. The movie lasts 15 minutes. Didn't see Maneca Lightner in it. But it did include Jill Jones, Cat, John L. Nelson, Fink, Wally and the other male dance from the Sign Tour, Miko, Eric Leeds. That's all I can remember from the top of my head. | |

I actually sent it to Matt Fink because he didn't have a copy of it. His mother is in it, and perhaps his father. John L. Nelson is in it as well. It exists and it's out there. Yeah, it's not a movie and it's not a vanity project. It's just home movies made out of boredom. It's silliness, but something Prince fans would probably like to have in their collection. I do think it's called "A Hard Life", but I just can't remember. It's so corny, but still funny to watch. | |
