Singer Angel Jardine is very ill I just saw on his twitter that he was suffering from autoimmune disorder and that recently an ambulance came to his home after he was complaning about chest pains poor guy I spoke with his sister and she says he is very weak right now and what's worse he is only going to be 23 on sunday.See what I mean when I say speak good of people only you never know whats going to happen that is why I show respect to all

I have just picked up on this thread and it seems there is some suggestion above that I, for one, am criticising the artist behind this tribute. Mysterious makes some unfounded comment about it above and I wanted to set the record straight.

Thankfully, Mysterious has managed to contact Angel Jardine through the magic that it is Twitter, and we are also supplied with some indisputable facts through Mysterious (possibly tweated by the artist himmself), which clearly underline Angel's artistic and commercial success, and his generosity and benevolence.

Moreover, with Mysterious's semi-articulate encouragement, I have managed to track down some wonderful insights into the magical world of this man, and I would encourage all to take a moment to treasure his talent.

Please don't be fooled. As Angel himself says on Youtube, 'This is a demo level video recording not the complete version all negative comments will be rejected'.

As Mysterious would have it, only positive words from me, Angel.

Whilst there are hints at Jackson's influence, Angel's looks, moves and even his individual acting ability make this characteristically his own. In fact, since viewing it, I can't think about this video without it bringing a cheery smile to my face.

I've been touched to read the fact you supplied that Angel donated $300,000 to their organisation. That is a fantastic gesture and one which Autism Speaks will ordinarily acknowledge in public and in writing.

However, when I have checked their records of donors, I'm disappointed to read that they have overlooked Angel's philanthropy and his name doesn't feature in their lists! This has to be rectified.

Can you therefore ask Angel if he can tell us when and where the donation was made by him, so we can then ask Autism Speaks to confirm Angel's magnificent gesture in their Annual Report. That only seems fair.

It's pretty obvious that the information posted is misleading. Vanity does not have a new song out and we don't have any proof that any remixes were done with her approval. Someone pimping Vanity by implying her involvement shouldn't be permitted to do it in this forum.

Effectively, the tribute material has been released, as it is regarded as being broadcast on Youtube. If Angel Jardine is using the sample from 'Under the Influence' without the appropriate permissions, there's a strong possibility that there is a breach of copyright.

It's interesting to learn that Angel Jardine considers he owns the rights to the song. There is no evidence that this applies to his use of a sample from someone else's song.

The co-writers of 'Under the Influence' are all still registered at the Library of Congress as copyright holders, and they each assert their rights to receive the publishing monies for any mechanical performance such as broadcast at ASCAP (which would, of course, include the sample used on Youtube).

The good thing about the internet is ease with which the songwriters of 'Under The Influence' can be contacted to draw their attention to the use of a recording of their composition, so they can ensure their own rights are properly respected.

also he said all material on the web of his would soon be removed including the under the influence tribute and re- released later and said to have patience because when the time comes it will be the biggest thing we ever saw in our lives, and it will be this year so I will wait to see what other magical thing he's going to give us.
