This kid managed to get a record deal with Prince just as Warners was pulling the plug on Paisley Park. His CD did get release in a limited amount only due to the shutting down of Paisley Park. Has anyone heard or own the CD and can you offer up any information on it? I've heard copies go for $300.00 on E-Bay when they do pop up. Is it worth tracking down? Thnaks for you responses and album critiques.
When eye go 2 a Prince concert or related event it's all heart up in the house but when eye log onto this site and the miasma of bitchiness is completely overwhelming!

A friend of mine bought it. As far as I know, German independent label Edel released it in 1994, they also released Exodus.I wasn´t too impressed but then again, it´s simply not my type of music....the guy is probably very skilled. You can briefly see him in the Beautiful Experience TV film with Eric Leeds.
I didn´t know his CD was a collectors item.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't this the very last Paisley Park release? And Prince had absolutely no involvement in the songs, right? I've never heard the CD, just the track from the NPG Ahdio show. I know that disc fetches big bucks.

Thank you very much. I was wondering if there were any vocals on it and if Prince had any input on it as well.

Thematically I'd say one track, "crash of planet earth," echoes the doomsday message 1999. There are some nice guitar licks I'm the songs, etc. It is hard to imagine Prince had zero involvement, who knows... any translations been made of the voices on "Crash of the planet earth" track? I'm hearing English, Russian, German, Japanese, and Spanish -- not necessarily in that order.

[DRUM FEVER]

[CRASH]

[SCREAMS]

THIS IS THE VOICE OF AMERICA
PERHAPS THE LAST VOICE U'LL HEAR ON EARTH

THE RUMBLE YOU ARE FEELING NOW IS THE EXPANDING UNIVERSE CREATING HAVOC

[EXPLOSION]

IN OUR DIMENSION, AS IT RACES TOWARD A DISTANT THRESHOLD AND A MILENNIUM UNKNOWN TO ANY OF US...

SCIENTISTS WARN US TO EMBRACE OUR LOVED ONES AND PRAY TO GOD BECAUSE THE TIME HAS COME

(SPANISH DIALOGUE)

IN TWO MINUTES THE WORLD AS WE kNOW IT WILL BE GONE IN A FLASH

Left Spkr DIALECT 2 [GERMAN]
Right Spkr DIALECT 3 [JAPANESE]
Left Spkr DIALECT 4 [RUSSIAN]
Right Spkr DIALECT 5 [SPANISH]

[SCREAM]

Left Spkr DIALECT 6 [FRENCH]
Right Spkr DIALECT 7 [...]

[EXPLOSION]
La, la, la
He, he, hee!
