so these last few weeks i've been watching the new bravo reality show "chef academy", in which a famous french chef opens a teaching academy for chefs in los angeles. Just for the purposes of the show, he has picked 8 people (some are aspiring chefs, some just ordinary people who want to be become really good cooks) to teach while the school is brand new.

1 of the 8 students is this french guy, and from the moment i saw him i was like "wow he's hot!" He just has this look about him. During the interview process, he said his job is a graphic designer. Last week, one of the other 8 students who had been googling his peers on the net discovered the french guy is actually a porn star, who is now trying to break into mainstream hollywood. His name is Emmanuel Delcour (porn name Jean Val Jean). He moved to california from france in the early 2000's and had a successful porn career in america apparently.

I wanted to find out more about him too, so I googled him and his images. While looking at his images, I found MULTIPLE pics of him with Apollonia at different events (I counted her posing with him in at least 4 different outfits ). I then checked and Apollonia even has this guy listed as one of her top myspace friends

now i didn't check the dates on these so i don't know if Apollonia and this Emmanuel Delcour guy still go places together, but all of this happened within the last 2 years, which is when he started trying to break into hollywood.


and despite all the plastic surgery, Ms. Kotero still looks great for her age, and i'm sure this guy has "worked" with a lot less attractive girls half her age in the porn industry. Do you guys think Apollonia would let him have her Apple Pie? I don't know if they dated or not or just friends


and Apollonia kind of dresses like a porn star herself sometimes, but i'm really surprised at her age she's hanging out with guys like this. just so random

I thought they met through Jenna Jamison. I believe Apples and Emmanuel were an item last year.

At the Family Jamm in 2003 she was this a different guy who was really hot though I think he was American and skinnier than this guy but kinda similar looking.
He was really nice and asked if he could use our seats to take pictures of Apples during her song (and he used a disposable! )

@ GaryMF then it wasn't him. I don't know if he was even in this country yet in 2003 and he has a thick french accent anyway maybe she's like prince and just goes for similar types of guys these days? You know what they say: the apple doesn't fall far from the tree

Actually, Emanuel is her client at Kotero Entertainment. She's always posting pics of him on her Facebook page, and I asked her if he was her client, and she said "yes, and he's an excellent chef!" They could be dating, too. Who knows. I've seen clips of Emamuel aka Jean Val Jean's films, and, let's just say, he's got some pretty decent "equipment." As for Jenna Jamison, there are pics of Apples with Jenna and her husband Tito Ortiz at several events.

What exactly does Apples do now to earn money? I'm sure she isn't getting residuals from the PR album.

Well, she does own a gym in Hawaii, and she runs her own production company in LA. I think she has a line of make-up and skin care for Latina women, too. She's always been the entreprenueral type. She's definately paid, though. There was a YouTube video of her shopping for expensive fur coats in Bev. Hills a while back.

I remember watching something about Apples a long time ago (might have been a Where Are They Now-type thing about Prince girls) and her brother mentioned how driven she was and business-savvy. He said she was determined to be a millionaire by the time she was 25 and she succeeded, meaning she was already a millionaire before Purple Rain. If she invested wisely and lived not too extravagantly, she could just be living off of the money she made in the '80s as well as the interest and investment returns.

In a David Letterman interview back in '84, she mentioned something about how much they paid her for that Tool Time Calender she posed for, and said "If they were paying you what they paid me, you'd do it too." I'm sure she made quite a bit of $ modeling and being in music videos, which were things she did before PR.
