Wendy & Lisa I love 1985 (UK)

Did anyone see this programme? It was cool to see W&L talk abou their time with Prince..But didn't Wendy seem a lot like the 'character' in Purple Rain ie "we would never hurt you, we would never put a dark cloud over your head etc??? Whadya think?

No, it was a BBC2 Retro "documentary" series repeated over the Xmas season.

Yeah I saw that. I liked it when Wendy said, "Prince was the cook and we were the spice."
Wendy seemed like she was getting quite emotional when she spoke about the breakup of The revolution.

Yes, Lisa seemed to be very uncomfortable with Wendys little rant, cool programme though

Well mostly everyone in PR was playing themselves, that's the way they were in real life. Even "the kid" to some extent.
