la France...

in the 80's...
Jesse Johnson with Les Rita Mitsouko,
Jill jones singing "C'est si bon",
Wendy and Lisa singing "Tel est l'amour" with Jean Louis Aubert,

in the 90's...
Guesh Patti produced by Bobby Z.

didi I miss something ? Do you know other collaborations of the associated people and artists with some french singer or musicians ??

I just remember being at a Prince concert with Jean Louis Aubert on my left and Les Rita Mitsouko on the row before mine. It was stunning.

Thank you Virginie74 to give a little life to this unborn thread !!!

What concert was it ?
I do remember to have been next to Les Rita Mitsouko in a George Clinton show in the Zenith, the show in which we could see Prince ready on the side with his guitar (and Mayte) but George forgot to call him... his musicians explain it in a newspaper later and made fun fo him !

Yeah. When I was at the O2 I couldn't understand anything. I can understand english if I read it on paper, or lips... But with much noise around and US accent... It becomes harder.

Yeah, I understand...Je peux traduire quelques paroles si tu veux...mais je pense qu'elles ont plus de charme en anglais...

I put Ophélie Winter because she's the one who speaks french at the beginning of 319 on the Gold album.

Yes, you're right, he sang this line : "Vous êtes très belle"...in Girls and Boys.

It is the same Ophélie Winter, Prince used to see her aroung 1993 - 94 (correct me if I'm wrong), and she just say a sentence in the song 319 (Un instant, je vous connecte.) That's all they ever did together (on a record that is...)
