Prince's 'side' projects are either good or bad, this one imho and obviously others opinion on here is just shit. I have no reason to give a shit about Bria. Either way, no love, no hate. Just a mediocre singer who Prince fancies and then expects his fans to accept her with open arms. Well it doesn't really work like that P, no matter what you promised her.

The problem, imo, is that Prince tells us that he's found a wonderful talent, but when their product is put out, it's below standard - Prince complains about the state of music on the radio (Pop and R&B, for eg) says he has the "cure" and puts out mid-quality releases. During the 21 nights at The O2, there were rumours of Shelby releasing something (which could've been great) - we end up with Bria Valente - run of the mill pop blandness (again, my opinion)

We DID have to get Bria's CD, cos it came in the Lotusflower package - there was no choice of buying LF and MPLSound only... so comments saying we could choose not to buy it are a little off.

I said elsewhere (jokingly) that Bria in one particular photo looks a bit like Jah Jah Binks. I can see where the "man" comments are coming from, and I think it should be taken in a humorous way... Lighten up people, this should be fun!!
