OK...this bit of news is strange in many ways. first of all, I know it's never been confirmed that she and prince were a couple but...come on! seems to be the concensus....so what's with the "eligible bachelor" thing? then there's the prince rogers trio bit....say what? who or what is the prince rogers trio? (yes I know that was his fathers band) and is there really going to be a party for her homecoming? and what kinda "joke" is that, about not being her first choice? and that's all she could afford in these tough economic times? ugh! weird...so what was her first choice? (the whole band?) and why make that comment about affording it in these times....just all way off base to me...bizarre. perhaps I'm reading into it too much... "not a fan"  yeah...ok | |

I always thought the trio was the 3 guys in the band... and P's mom was a lead singer or vocalist. Lite Ramsey Lewis and the trio's or whatever RAmsey Lewis band was called. OK, so assuming this came from Prince (or Morris)...
Prince either wants it known that he and Bria R not together, or he's messing with folks. The line about The Prince Rogers Trio not being her first choice could be read several ways, but it sounds like humour. It's just that Prince has a very clever way with what I call half jokes... Humour based on something actual. Maybe he threw in the "eligible bachelors" line 2 throw people off 4 some reason... like... they're gonna get married. ? "He's a musician's musician..." |

I don't know why this was even news.....I mean who cares if she is moving. Don't say anything unless she is getting on a stage with a mic to sing.....or her and Prince are getting married which I doubt but than again who knows. I don't wanna be Bria I aspire to do things better in my life.....like be the wife and not the kept woman who can't afford my 1st choice...so sad. It seems as if he doesn't really care that much about her I mean we get alot of photos of her in the same outfits and he hasn't really pushed her as a talent he didn't even appear in a interview with her sitting or anything. Seems like she is on her own and for him to allow the part about men come and get her if he is with her that is not cool at all it coms across as he's just not that into you kinda thing.
