Yesterday at work I was going through my mail, and there was a magazine addressed to a previous employee. I glanced at it, saw AARP, a bunch of Spanish (which I don't really speak) and was about to throw it in the trash when I recognized the person on the cover. It was Sheila E.! I scanned the article and thought you might enjoy reading it.

For those of you who don't read Spanish, don't worry, it's a bi-lingual magazine so the article is in both Español and English.
