Apollonia Solo Album--HELP! Hi Orgers!
Okay, today I made a huge find. I found--and bought--Apollonia's 1988 solo album on cassette. It was perfectly mint, still in the cellophane wrapper. What I was wondering is, in it's mint state, how much could it be worth? (I paid 2 bucks for it) Or should I just go ahead, pop it open and start playing it? What should I do? What would you do? Thanks! I love a Man who:

Don't. She was never a singer. Go read the story about her recording "Take Me With U". She was struggling. She was an actress and model, never meant to be a singer. I think the one album she had was there solely based on her Purple Rain fame, and her subsequent appearances on Falcon Crest, before Jane Wyman kicked her ass and got her out of there. | |

Gosh okay. Now I don't beleive the acting. I still remember the first line she said in "Black Magic Woman" I laughed my ass off. She was trying to be sexy and poor thing missed the mark.
And is there a Youtube link to Miss Wyman kicking her ass, cause I'd like to see that.  I love a Man who:

I meant figuratively. She and Patti didn't get along at all on set. Jane fought to have her dismissed and whether it was Jane or the producers, or Miss Patty she wasn't on the show too long. | |
