Bria and Tamar both singing Kept Woman???

Sorry, maybe his have been up before... but I couldn't find any answers on the org so far...

2 questions:

1. Why was the Tamar Davis album Honey & Milk withdrawn? I actually thought it was out in the US shops until I found out on a bootleg site. I have been listening to it and I think she is really good! I'm gonna buy her next album smile

2. But then I realize that on Tamar's album is a song called Kept Woman, and funny enough, it sounds familiar!? Now I realize that the same song is on Bria Valentes album Elixir. What's is that about???

The odd thing is...

If you listen to the lyrics for "Kept Woman" on Elixer. Its very obvious the content of the song refers to Prince and Bria's relationship.

"I was only 17 when he saw me..."

"...he looked at me and just said hi..."

"...was it his cologne, or the style of his hair..." (how many dudes you know got their hair styled?)

I bet Prince has seen many 17-year-olds.

Obvious how? If you believe that story Bria and Prince are selling then I guess you think Mayte is the crown princess of Cairo. lol Besides, Tamar wrote the song if I'm not mistaken.
