When are you going to sing and not talk about singing? If you fancy yourself like a Chante Moore than prove it and sing live. I've never seen Chante' do an interview without singing. I think Tavis's show would've been the perfect place for you to sing live. Prince can we get her outta the studio and onto a stage if she is so talented I don't see what the problem is. I gotta give props to P for his internet clean up job.... As a vocalist I would presume there would be 'evidence' of Bria's previous live performances that predate him. All my vocalist friends have video evidence of themselves performing at various spots..

I found nothing on Bria.

Prince needs to realize that you can't erase your past. It's part of who you are. I think it' disingenuous of him to do an "internet cleanup" of Bria's past life and then try to pass her off as a virtuous woman because she is now down with the JW's.

I agree with you PC. Re-writing and editing your past is part of the whole purple experience, but it can become quite silly. This girl has done a 180. I'd definitely prefer if Bria could speak up for herself and not deny her past. Be who you are; say what you've done and be proud if it or admit your past and talk about how you've grown since. Don't pretend.

Not to mention, the call for a 'Minneapolis break down' when it doesn't break down from anything, and a break down doesn't seem to ever come.

Some of the weakest vocals on the CD, too.
Similar to Janet, when Janet was 17.
A woman of Bria's maturity should have developed a style of her own, and a style that doesn't sound like a 17 year old girl.
In fact, the whole song is like something a 17 year old girl would write.

I guess when her past was 'erased' so was her maturity.
