ell, when Prince said that there was a Revolution reunion was being planned. W&L actually chose not to participate cause Prince gave them that ultimatum. You may remember the situation surrounding the Tavis Smiley show where Prince and Wendy had a reconciliation of sorts. It's only since then they have been occasionally working to together.

that sux...

its prince's fault IMHO that the closeness between he and his former bandmates is not what it use to be. he need to loosen up the reigns on ppl. but then again, that's a pitfall of being uber famous. confused

Is that even true?

this is from the interview they posted yesterday and it says something about a reunion, maybe I'm confusing the reunions but I don't think there were that many:

We thought that the Brits would be a great time for me and Lisa and Prince to show the world that we are stronger, bigger, better and truer than ever. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out that way. There was no press and no direction from Prince to let the people know that was happening. So the result was no one knew that me and Lisa were even in that band! The last song of the night was "Let's Go Crazy" and the cameras were on the twins. It was a real bummer. But it is what it is. We hoped it would be different.

I read it it mentioned NOTHING of a reunion ONLY working with him producing a album again but nothing else. Just cause you help one with a album dont mean they have to have a reunion tour.

They also described what it was like on stage at the Brits then IF read, they (Wendy) said it was a bummer cause of the twins when they did LGC, they wanted people to see they were strong as a unit aka band.

They would like to tour with the new album THEY have not with Prince.

You are confusing the two. The W&L interview was talking about them (and only them) playing with P at the Brits in 2006 (I think it was). The reunion (and the ultimatium) was made for one of Prince's celebration events (in the early 2000's). Someone with a better handle on dates or the ambition to look it up on Google can be more specific...
• Did you first think Prince was gay? •

Wendy: He’s a girl, for sure, but he’s not gay. He looked at me like a gay woman would look at another woman. Lisa: Totally. He’s like a fancy lesbian.

Thank you, since I don't know when the real reunion should have been, I thought about the Brits but that was just a reunion with him.
