Album is a 10/10

Bria is going to go far. I enjoyed it from beginning to end.

I actually haven't moved on to Prince's albums because I'm stuck on Bria's.

Prince is behind this CD as THE BAND. BRIA IS BEAUTIFUL - AND I CAN TELL SHE IS SINGING FROM THE HEART!

Bria album is WHACK 2 me she is trying 2 hard 2 B Sexy her music is all over the place and when I heard the self titled track Elix3r with P I busted up laughing because it was NOT sexy it was trashy. Tell me how do U try and B SEXY U either got it or not and Bria doesn't have it she ain't no Sade and she DAMN show ain't no Janet! U feel Me! Vocally there is NO color N her voice and 2 me she sounds like shes trying 2 hard 2 come off Sexy but it sound trashy and there is No positive message N her music I don't believe Bria as even experience Love like she sing about on Elix3r. She want B around 2 long

Prince himself knows her talent is limited. How do I know that? He said on the Travis Smiley show that if "you listen to it all the way through, she's got you". Well since when are singles sold on the strength of an album? The way I always saw it was that contracts were given to artists based on their ability to, on the strength of one or two great singles, get the public to buy the album. Prince has been in the business how LONG? I didn't have to listen to the whole Nora Jones album before I bought it; she got me long before then. Same thing for Rhianna and just about every other singer whose album I own. If you can't get people to love your singles so much they are willing to take a chance on the whole album YOU DO NOT GET A CONTRACT. your c.d. does not appear in the music section of Target. Who honestly thinks that she will sing more then one song by herself when she appears next in concert with Prince? She most deffinately will simpley be his backup singer for the most part. Prince will never leave the stage with her still on it to sing by herself.
