She needs to stop with the plastic surgery. She is starting to get the "look".

I always thought she was pretty but the surgery, not aging, is started to mess her up. She would probably look better without it.

Give her a break! Apollonia will be 50 in August. Does she look her age - hell no! She looks 10 years younger and some women half her age don't look as hot as her. She's still a sexy lady. Someone tell me what the f**k is that picture all about?

Considering her age she does look good but her face does seem a tad frozen due to her facelift and botox. It seems she has had a full body lift as well, just as Demi Moore did a while back. Still, to each their own she still looks a bit younger then her 50 or so years. Then again, my mum is 55, has had no work done and looks 40 so depends on many factors including genetics.

i love her outfit and i don't think she's had any cosmetic surgery on her face. her lips are no bigger than when she was in PRain. you can achieve that look with liner and gloss. she has fine lines all over her face and neck, and when u have cosmetic surgery there are no wrinkles left. If she had anything done other than your high quality facials and skin creams, i would say botox in her 4head cuz its quite smooth.
