youtube has some great videos on how to apply makeup

Take the pic to the mac counter they do this look everyday. Plus they will give you a guide at how you can do it and do it on you for free. Love Mac make up.

Start with a grey (depending on your skin tone, the darker you are, the darker the gray) all over eye with shadow brush including a very soft line underneath the eye.

Take the brown and apply it on the crease only. BLEND WELL and pull you eye slightly up and carry the crease out with the shadow to create the "wing" you see on her eyes

Take the gold and go along your brow bone and take into the eyelid in the shape of a V so the whole V is colored in. (It doesnt show in the picture but she said if you put a bit of light color in the center of your eye it opens up your eyes making them look bigger).

She said dont do the gray all the way up the eye like in the picture or else it can make your eyes look too close together. just keep the color on the LID.

So the effect should be when you close your eye the gold should form a soft V from the brow bone into your eye lid, the brown should be really well blended into the crease so you cant see the line but it will create depth.

heavy makeup is so 80s... keep it simple and showcase your best features. if you got nice lips..wear gloss to show them off more. big eyes are complimented best by eyeliner while smaller eyes need poppin lashes and eyeshadow. wear colors that compliment your skin tone. practice makes perfect.

Thanks for all the tips. I'll try out the ideas. And I didn't think Apple's make up was that heavy. Maybe it is, but it looks pretty.
